Role Responsibilities:

The Project Manager for Aerospace and Defense Custom Solutions will oversee the successful delivery of projects, which includes:

  • Conducting requirement and design assessments
  • Managing schedules and resource allocations
  • Identifying and mitigating risks
  • Overseeing product development, integration, testing, and delivery
  • Providing post-delivery support

Additionally, you will support our business development team by creating precise and persuasive proposals to foster new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and comfort in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, Access, Outlook, and Project) is essential
  • A minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing or factory role (Applications Engineering, Product Management, Product Development) is required
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager
  • PMP certification is advantageous
  • Experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with RF and testing systems is beneficial
  • Experience in developing tailored testing solutions is a plus
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen based on customer requirements
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance for specific contract needs.
