Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide administrative and clerical support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member">
  • Answer telephones and direct calls to the correct party">
  • Maintain phone listings and assist with checking phone messages">
  • Direct questions to the correct staff member">
  • Schedule use of conference rooms">
  • Prepare forms for submission to Vinfen">
  • Log all checks and audit money logs monthly">
  • Process service delivery documentation and complete monthly billing through EIM">
  • Collect team appointments and schedules, prepare reports as directed by the Team Leader">
  • Attend Staff Meetings and take minutes">
  • Create enrollment/rollover packets and register new PS into clinical record-keeping systems">
  • Promote engagement, housing permanency, and access to healthcare and employment services">
  • Perform other administrative support tasks as needed">

Requirements

">

We require a high school diploma or equivalent and one to three years of related experience in an administrative support function. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team environment. A valid US driver's license may be required for this role, depending on the specific job requirements.
