Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our mailroom team as an Administrative Mailroom Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, operating mailroom equipment, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters and mail sorting machines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of mail transactions and postage expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a mailroom or administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Basic knowledge of office software applications and technology, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
