Job Responsibilities:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Mailroom Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Operating mailroom equipment, including postage meters and mail sorting machines, to streamline mail processing.
  • Maintaining accurate records of mail transactions and postage expenses, supporting financial reporting and compliance.
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering office supplies, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding mail handling and confidentiality, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
