The University of St. Francis is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Student Engagement Specialist. This role will be responsible for coordinating student engagement campaigns, hosting meetings and programs, and networking with campus and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and programs for student engagement campaigns.
  • Host meetings and engage with campus clubs to promote student involvement.
  • Network with campus and community partners to identify guest speakers and build relationships.
  • Coordinate social media and in-person engagement for students, including screenings, trainings, and presentations.
  • Assist in administering Healthy Minds Surveys to students and collecting data for grant-reporting purposes.
  • Participate in evidence-based cultural competency trainings and partner with diversity-focused student clubs and University Ministry.
  • Order and maintain supplies needed for events and programs.

Qualifications

  • Currently a student at the University of St. Francis.
  • At least a 2.5 GPA.
  • Leadership experience that connects them with their peers.
  • Previous experience working with events, networking, and social media.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and use discretion and sound judgment.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to effectively communicate with students and campus partners.
