Enterprise Sales Executive

Pure Storage is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive one of our largest Media & Entertainment customers in Southern California.
Key Responsibilities- Evangelize our all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to ensure customers fully grasp Pure's value proposition.
- Build and invest in relationships with media and entertainment customers to establish Pure's value and drive customer satisfaction.
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources and execute sales strategies.
- Drive and manage a healthy pipeline of sales activity to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
- Authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers and understand their business challenges.
- Thought leadership, creativity, and a Challenger Mindset to position Pure's portfolio as a solution to persistent problems.
- Avid hunter with proven prospecting skills to open doors to new and existing customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, to build relationships and deepen them over time.
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
- Expertise leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders and fostering teamwork and shared ownership.
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business.
- Passionate about post-sales customer success.
- 5+ years of outside sales experience with a focus on selling technology to media and entertainment customers.
