  • Oversee event set-up and ensure attention to detail
  • Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Maintain the appearance, upkeep, and cleanliness of the kitchen
  • Closing procedures and cash handling practices

**Requirements**

  • 2-4 years of food and beverage/kitchen management experience
  • Supervisory, coaching, and staff development skills
  • Exceptional communication and computer skills
  • Serv-safe certification
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Guest service-focused, professional team leader, detailed-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet short timeline goals/deadlines

**Working Conditions**

  • Physical activity including long periods of standing, walking, bending (6-8 hours)
  • Required to regularly reach with arms and hands
