Opportunity for a Financial Controller

We are looking for a skilled professional to take on the role of Financial Controller within our Software Integrity Group. As a vital member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for ensuring precise financial reporting and compliance with GAAP standards. Your extensive knowledge of US GAAP and experience in technology sectors will be key in guiding the formulation and execution of accounting policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage controllership functions across the Americas
  • Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger
  • Assist in the month-end closing procedures
  • Coordinate with external auditors
  • Generate monthly and quarterly forecasts compared to actual results
  • Promote a culture of ongoing improvement
  • Collaborate with the executive team to prepare materials for board meetings and investors

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in accounting
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Controller role
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
