About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Service Representative Lead to join our team at AdventHealth Rocky Mountain. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support services in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clinic leadership to oversee the patient service team and ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the healthcare team, including reception, telephone, medical records, charge entry, referrals, and retrieval of medical information from internal and external systems and sources.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
  • Assist with staff development, performance reviews, and quality of service standards.
  • Effectively manage office expenses and resources.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Two years of experience working in a healthcare setting, with basic office and computer skills, filing, telephone answering, reception, and basic knowledge of computer software (e.g., Microsoft Word, E-mail, Excel).
