Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Confirm Patient Appointments: Coordinate patient schedules, confirm appointments, and revise as needed to ensure efficient use of time.
- Provide Exceptional Patient Care: Greet patients and caregivers with a warm and welcoming demeanor, providing assistance as needed to reflect the high quality of services we provide.
- Maintain Accurate Patient Records: Thoroughly and confidentially maintain patient charts and records, including importing and communicating scanned documents.
- Follow Up with Patients: Follow up with patients who have not kept appointments to ensure timely and effective communication.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
- Previous Office Experience: Previous work history demonstrating basic office and computer skills, filing, telephone answering, reception, and basic knowledge of computer software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) is preferred.
