About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Chobani, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to support the company's growth and strategic objectives. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies, build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top talent for the Supply Chain team, leveraging multiple channels and tools to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Qualification: Identify, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet or exceed hiring manager expectations, and develop a deep understanding of the company's needs and requirements.
  • Candidate Experience Management: Create a seamless and engaging candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring that candidates feel valued and supported throughout the process.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hiring managers, People Team partners, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, develop recruitment plans, and ensure effective communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, including relationships with colleges, universities, and community organizations, to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
  • Compliance and Process Management: Ensure adherence to compliance protocols and talent acquisition processes, managing candidate flow through the applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to source candidates using a variety of recruitment tools, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms, with a focus on passive and active candidate generation.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR processes, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
