Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management Expert

The ideal candidate will be a senior revenue growth management professional with expertise in combining analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies to enhance Revlon's competitive position in the market. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies that align with the business objectives.
">Key Responsibilities:- Promotional & Trade Strategy
- Analyze promotional effectiveness and ROI and provide recommendations for optimization
- Monitor trade spending to identify optimization opportunities
- Data Analysis and Insights
- Utilize sales, pricing, and promotional data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Leverage data modeling to evaluate potential RGM strategies
- RGM Reporting and Visualization
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track and visualize key RGM metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and supporting data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, sales analytics, or a related field within the CPG industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects and initiatives related to pricing, promotions, and trade spending.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Circana, IRI).
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing trade promotion management (TPM) systems.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $155,000/year, plus additional benefits and incentives.
