Job Title: General Manager

At Moe's Southwest Grill, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive outstanding service by training and motivating your team to provide a friendly and welcoming environment.
  • Operations Management: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security in the restaurant, adhering to Moe's Corporate and Savin Brands policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management: Analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and implement budgets to achieve financial objectives.
  • Team Management: Foster a positive and productive work environment by recruiting, selecting, training, and developing your team members.
  • Marketing and Sales: Attract new customers and increase sales by implementing marketing programs, soliciting catering opportunities, and promoting the restaurant through advertising and public relations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing teams, preferably in the fast-casual dining industry.
  • Certifications: ServeSafe Certification and a valid driver's license.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and high energy level.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to: Communicate with guests and team members, perform basic math calculations, and process information through the POS register system.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a warm environment, climb ladders, and bend at the waist to clean equipment.
