Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Billing Operations Manager to lead our revenue cycle management efforts at Harmonia Collaborative Care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare billing, particularly within the mental health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts and billing records.
  • Monitor accounts receivable to guarantee timely collection of payments.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and address any billing discrepancies.
  • Supervise a team of billing and accounts receivable specialists.
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to enhance billing and accounts receivable operations.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on billing and accounts receivable performance for management review.
  • Collaborate with finance and customer service departments to resolve billing issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable management.
  • In-depth knowledge of billing and accounts receivable principles and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
