Your key responsibilities will include expanding product assortments and managing online inventory, pricing, and content, all while contributing to TP-Link's growth trajectory in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with both clients and internal teams to drive TP-Link's business growth.
  • Strengthen partnerships with retail accounts through training, account development, and the creation of promotional strategies, aiming to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, and Logistics to address challenges and deliver results.
  • Manage sales, inventory, and forecasting by analyzing weekly sales and inventory data, ensuring alignment with TP-Link's stock and production timelines.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of retail accounts, TP-Link's offerings, and market dynamics, utilizing monthly NPD reports to provide actionable insights to retailers.
  • Employ creative problem-solving skills to address business challenges and formulate specific action plans to meet objectives.

Market Analysis
Monitor competitor promotions within selected accounts and engage in detailed discussions to gain insights into their performance.

Communication Skills

  • Design, communicate, and execute promotional strategies across various advertising and digital platforms.
  • Prepare clear and detailed presentations for retail partners to effectively convey TP-Link's business goals.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to succinctly summarize and articulate business matters.
Qualifications

  • Experience working with major U.S. retailers (e.g., Walmart, Best Buy, Costco, Target) is advantageous.
  • A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business or a related analytical field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales or analytics.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with internal teams.
  • Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and SAP, with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is essential.
  • Collaborative approach to decision-making, with attention to detail and a strong drive for results.
  • Initiative in problem-solving and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Solid organizational and troubleshooting skills.
  • Adaptability to navigate a dynamic retail environment.
  • A determined focus on achieving long-term goals through skill and effort.
  • Familiarity with proprietary retail software or interfaces, such as Retail Link, is a plus.
