Role Overview
Lactalis US Yogurt, a leading player in the dairy industry, is seeking an experienced Brand Portfolio Strategist to join its marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance the Stonyfield Organic yogurt portfolio's market presence and deepen consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
The Brand Portfolio Strategist will have the following key responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Development: Assist in creating and executing brand plans through market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to guide strategic direction.
2. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales data and market trends, to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
3. Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, in-store), ensuring alignment with our brand values and messaging.
4. Product Innovation/Renovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development initiatives, focusing on key growth areas within the yogurt category, product and packaging design, P/L execution, and marketing strategies to drive awareness of the new innovation.
5. Packaging Development: Manage implementation of packaging design and graphics updates including obsolescence tracking and timeline management.
6. Consumer Engagement: Manage implementation of promotional and marketing programs that build relationships with consumers through various touchpoints, including social media, events, partnerships, and promotions.
7. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budgets, track expenditures, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
2. 1-3 years brand/product marketing experience preferably in consumer-packaged goods and/or related industry.
3. A consumer-centric thinker with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for brand building.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
5. Excellent project management skills and high attention to detail, including ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines, and prioritize against the most important business drivers.
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively persuade and influence leadership, as well as internal and external partners.
7. A strategic business mindset, with a natural curiosity and ability to operate with ambiguity. Desire to work in a small, entrepreneurial environment.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of syndicated database analysis programs (IRI, Nielsen, etc.) a plus.

Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
