August 2025) From your PASSION to ours Reporting to the Strategy & Planning Manager, you will work on the Sales Strategy Management Team, which includes Portfolio Strategy, Category Strategy, Customer Strategy and Shopper Strategy, and will focus on three project areas to deliver on key business needs: Finding key insights and applying a recommendation on the launch of a future innovation item and other similar analysis. Supporting Category Strategy & Planning on ROI projects and other customer investment analyses. Leading a cross-functional project.From your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this position include:Analyze customer data to interpret market trends and make recommendations to meet sales goals. Partner closely with the Retail Sales teams in the field and with the teams in headquarters (Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance).Define clear and specific Sales Fundamentals (assortment, merchandising, pricing and shelving) strategy for the brand that will enable the Retail Sales teams to win at their respective customers.Develop ready-to-sell stories and materials that translate our portfolio and commercial strategies and enable the Retail Sales teams to sell effectively.Ensure that all the Sales/Customer insights are incorporated into the company's planning process.Partner with Demand Planning and Brand Marketing to contribute to the forecasting process for Lactalis. Learning OpportunitiesHands-On ExperienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams across Brand Marketing, Retail Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance.Assist in developing sales plans, creating ready-to-sell materials, and conducting ROI analyses.Contribute to forecasting and demand planning processes.Practical Skills DevelopmentDevelop strong analytical skills through customer data analysis and market trend identification.Exposure to sales fundamentals, commercialization strategies, and project management.Professional GrowthEnhance strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Support category and portfolio strategies.From your STORY to oursQualified applicants will contribute the following:Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data from various sources to identify patterns and trends that lead to actionable insights.Critical thinker with a strategic mindset.Experience in developing strategies to address business challenges and opportunities.Ability to use data, critical thinking, and persuasive arguments to influence key stakeholders, including retailers, on category initiatives.Familiarity with the 4 C's and how to leverage them (Category, Consumer, Customer & Company) and 4 P's (Product, Price, Place and Promotion).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and leaders at all levels.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.Proven success in cross-functional teamwork, collaborating toward shared goals.Curious and eager to learn new concepts and skills.Can-do attitudeReady to bring your passion, expertise, and story to our team?
