Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at Conduent, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients' customers, addressing inquiries related to their accounts. Your role will involve actively listening to customers and utilizing your customer service expertise to provide effective solutions and deliver an outstanding experience in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to tolling and administration using training resources and available knowledge management systems.
  • Identify customer needs to ensure they receive complete and accurate information.
  • Process necessary transactions through mainframe or web-based applications.
  • Submit research requests clearly and accurately.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company and client programs, policies, and technologies.
  • Communicate in a warm and empathetic manner.
  • Adhere to confidentiality laws to ensure information is shared only with authorized individuals.
  • Support other roles during high workload periods or absences.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Pass a Typing Test assessment of 25 WPM.
