Job Title: EVP, Pacific North Regional Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EVP, Pacific North Regional Manager to lead our Pacific North Commercial Insurance team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our commercial insurance business in the Pacific North Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Directly manage a team of Commercial Insurance Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Pacific North Region, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Underwriting and Risk Management: Oversee the underwriting and risk management processes for the Pacific North Region, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible coverage and service.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that our operations in the Pacific North Region are running smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong background in leadership and management.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or finance.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $185,500 - $315,500 per year, depending on experience.
