As a Client Success Manager at EverMind Health, you will be responsible for:
- Completing assessments, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes in a timely and organized manner.
- Ensuring all documentation meets payor and company standards.
- Attending regular supervisions and staff meetings.
- Collaborating with other treatment providers to deliver comprehensive care.
- Complying with HIPAA privacy and practices.
- Performing other duties as assigned or necessary to support the program and company.
- Assessing emergency situations and notifying supervisors or appropriate personnel.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- CPR certification (preferred).
- The ability to pass an enhanced IDHW background check.
- A valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of car insurance.
- The ability to work in a community-based setting.
- Experience utilizing electronic health records (preferred).
