Job Responsibilities

As a Client Success Manager at EverMind Health, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing assessments, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes in a timely and organized manner.
  • Ensuring all documentation meets payor and company standards.
  • Attending regular supervisions and staff meetings.
  • Collaborating with other treatment providers to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Complying with HIPAA privacy and practices.
  • Performing other duties as assigned or necessary to support the program and company.
  • Assessing emergency situations and notifying supervisors or appropriate personnel.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • CPR certification (preferred).
  • The ability to pass an enhanced IDHW background check.
  • A valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of car insurance.
  • The ability to work in a community-based setting.
  • Experience utilizing electronic health records (preferred).
