Job Summary

We are seeking proactive and positive customer service representatives to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a high standard of customer satisfaction and identifying customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Manage customer phone calls and provide technical and sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Process orders, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and assist with data entry and analysis.
  • Recommendations: Provide recommendations based on customer needs and requirements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Customer Needs Identification: Identify customer needs to help improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management and customers.
  • Automotive Experience: Preferable but not required, as we provide training for all new employees.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Computer Literacy: Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer.
  • Language: Must speak fluent English.

  • Automotive Enthusiasm: Automotive enthusiast and mechanically inclined.
  • Customer Support Experience: Previous customer support or service experience.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work with a flexible schedule.
  • Education: Bachelors degree or bachelors degree in progress.
What We Offer

We offer a starting hourly salary of $16 plus bonus, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our small, growing team. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
