About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Execution Specialist to join our Realty Execution team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Directs associates, including third-party supervisors, on process and procedures for project execution;
  2. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments;
  3. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area;
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments;
  • Must have a reliable transportation;
  • Must be willing to work overnight shifts;
  • Must be willing to travel to any work location within 1000 miles of home store region.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $110,000 per year;
