Sales and Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Merchandising Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet client expectations.
Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with store associates and management through daily communication.
- Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits.
- Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain high-quality work standards to meet or exceed client expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalency certification required.
- Valid driver's license is necessary for travel to additional locations.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs and frequent lifting of objects up to 35 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $38,500-$41,000, based on industry standards and market conditions. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible work schedules, health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
