Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and spreadsheets within Excel.
  • Coordinate follow-up with clients and outstanding data to ensure timely resolution.
  • Update and maintain documentation and files as needed.
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems.
  • Assist with the generation of year-end reports and informational requests.
  • Update marketing materials and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage backlogs and questionnaires to ensure timely completion.
  • Print checks and prepare mailings as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Comfortability dealing with heavy volume.
