Administrative Support Specialist

The Osher Center for Integrative Health at the University of Vermont is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Generalist to provide administrative, program, and project support for Osher Center initiatives. This role will serve as the primary initial contact for the Osher Center and will be responsible for managing and coordinating Director and Associate Director calendars, scheduling, and purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for events and committee meetings
- Manage and coordinate Director and Associate Director calendars, scheduling, and purchase orders
- Serve as the primary initial contact for the Osher Center
- Provide administrative services for Osher Center initiatives
- Associate's degree with one to three years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience managing multiple calendars
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office environment
- Familiarity with Integrative Health and Medicine concepts
- Database experience, event organizing experience
- Previous experience supervising student employees
