Job Title: Registered Nurse - CVICU

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our CVICU. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent care to patients and families in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients on the intermediate cardiovascular and surgical division
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
  • Current Cardiac Surgery ICU, VAD, Heart Transplant experience required
  • Ability to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract
