The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Mastercard Digital Enablement Service (MDES) team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, rationalizing, and driving multiple, simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio in our Scrum execution model.

You will work across teams to organize and accelerate delivery, ensuring all teams are delivering in a coordinated manner, identifying and removing blockers, and always finding the path forward in challenging situations. You will also understand the business strategy and design approaches within product, program, or domain with depth to be credible and effective with teams you work with.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
  • Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in technical program management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum
  • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of cloud-native software products and platforms
