About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Manager - Technical to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our Cryptographic Security Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting service platforms that provide cryptographic, key management, and certificate management functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in agile delivery methodologies, CI/CD, and modern DevOps based PDLC and SDLC. You will be responsible for leading multiple teams in the adoption of lean product management practices, defining product requirements, and managing strategic alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and provide a deep appreciation for customer needs, the ecosystem, and key market dynamics
  • Lead multiple teams in the adoption of lean product management practices
  • Define product requirements and translate them into clearly defined epics, features, and stories
  • Manage strategic alignment across teams and ensure backlogs are properly prioritized and refined
  • Advocate for taking an agile approach to product development
  • Work closely with engineering teams to design and build products
  • Measure outcomes and seek continuous improvements
Requirements
  • Several years of product management or new product development experience
  • Experience in lean product management and agile delivery methodologies
  • Comprehensive experience in CI/CD and modern DevOps based PDLC and SDLC
  • Strong technical leadership and ability to engage in out-of-the-box problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
