Senior Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team at Mastercard. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the execution of complex technical programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute program plans, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure successful program delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure program success.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including program sponsors, and ensure transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on complex technical programs and projects.
- Proven track record of delivering successful programs and projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong technical skills, with a focus on software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
