Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 10 years in telecommunications engineering, with extensive experience in designing, executing, and managing intricate networks.
  • Cisco Proficiency: Previous involvement with Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) and Cisco Call Manager (CCM).
  • Webex Solutions: Familiarity with Cisco Webex calling platforms.
  • Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Certifications: CCNA Voice (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is required.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare-specific telecommunication standards and protocols.
  • Call Center Solutions: Experience with Talk Desk call center systems.
  • NEC Systems: Background in NEC telecommunication technologies.
  • Project Management: Strongly preferred, as collaboration on telecom projects will be essential.
  • Additional Cisco Certifications: CCNA and other Cisco certifications are highly regarded.
  • Legacy System Integration: Experience in integrating legacy systems (NEC, Nortel, Avaya) into contemporary cloud environments.
