Drive Business Initiatives

You'll own critical initiatives with high visibility to Consumer Group leadership, achieving conversion, quality, and efficiency of our Live Service products. You'll collaborate with leadership, analytics teams, and operating teams across the business, ensuring we're using the best possible data and evidence to formulate and execute key initiatives.

Advocate for the Customer Experience

You'll ensure customers continue to choose our products by staying close to the pulse of the customer experience and using insights to drive decisions that delight customers. You'll maintain a high sense of curiosity and seek out listening posts, partnering with teams like User Research and Market Research.

Develop High-Performing Mission Teams

You'll develop strong relationships with functions like analytics, operations, product development, and marketing, building trust and shared context to execute quickly and achieve critical outcomes.
