Life-Long Learning Program Director

Job Summary:
The Life-Long Learning Program Manager will lead staff in the implementation of My Possibilities strategic vision, including short and long-term goals under the direction of the Director of Continuing Education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a team-based environment to motivate and inspire staff to work collaboratively toward achieving our goals by clearly communicating our vision, implementing staff development plans, mentoring, and developing future leaders.
- Oversee and manage the Life-Long Learning budget.
- Provide effective and timely communication to staff and families.
- Ensure that provider notes are completed correctly and timely by each staff member.
- Track staff attendance, including PTO and Call Outs.
- Oversee the implementation of the Life-Long Learning educational program in partnership with the Curriculum Manager.
- Collaborate with the HR team in the hiring process of Life-Long Learning staff.
- Support the Life-Long Learning Program Coordinator in the training of new staff.
- Assist with day-to-day HIPster needs, including but not limited to HIPster behavior, medical emergencies, and HIPster personal care needs.
- Ensure that classes maintain the appropriate supplies and materials needed to implement the curriculum.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to serving the IDD community.
- At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with special needs.
- Proficiency in the following technology/skills: Canva, Office 365, Google Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint.
- Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and valid car insurance required.
