Job Description

My Possibilities is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Enrollment Manager to join our team. As the Enrollment Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our applicants and HIPsters, ensuring they have the necessary information about our program and that our organization has the documentation needed to continue supporting them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Enrollment Management team, including Admissions Coordinators and/or specialists, Orientation Coordinator, and Registrar.
  • Make and communicate enrollment decisions.
  • Monitor waitlists and coordinate with Program teams to bring in new HIPsters.
  • Oversee Admissions software and make changes to increase efficiency.
  • Oversee Orientation Program and make changes to increase efficiency.
  • Oversee HIPster records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with all departments at My Possibilities to connect families with support services.
  • Lead tours and presentations about My Possibilities to families, local agencies, school districts, and community partners.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with clients, parents, and community partners.
  • Coordinate Prospective HIPster Open Houses and Admissions events.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or sign language is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

Experience:

  • 2+ years working with people with disabilities, especially I/DD.
  • 1+ years working in an admissions department or making admissions decisions is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Typically based on campus in an open office environment.
  • Extensive sitting with occasional long periods of standing or walking for tours or events.
  • Occasional day travel to various events in the DFW area.
  • Some weekends or evenings may be required.
