Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at Holiday Inn Manhattan Time Square South. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales department in managing and maintaining corporate group business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to external clients and internal partners, responding to sales calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the management of room blocks, select reporting, client notification of key dates, group resumes, event orders, and billing details.
  • Track and detail event and group particulars, communicating with internal partners and external clients as needed.
  • Gain knowledge of hotel food and beverage products, pricing, presentation, and function space, audio visual, and other details related to group and event success.
  • Learn and use digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes, implementing tools and resources to accomplish individual and team goals.
  • Participate in internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, planning, training, and other communications required for this position.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales activity goals and individual revenue goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
