Customer Service Representative Job Description
At Mass Markets, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
