Profile

The Vice President of Sales for HRO Integrated Services is responsible for key functions that drive sales productivity, efficiency, and alignment between sales and service.

This role encompasses strategic planning, data oversight, optimization of sales processes, training initiatives, and transformative business projects.

The VP cultivates strong relationships with both internal and external partners to ensure the seamless operation and success of the sales organization.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads the sales organization and provides strategic counsel to the Senior Division Vice President of Sales in achieving sales objectives.

Collaborates with senior sales and business leaders to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing sales and overall operational processes.

Ensures the successful rollout of new initiatives within the sales organization by focusing on efficient sales processes and continuous improvement.

Acts as a bridge between Sales and the leadership of the Implementation and Service organizations to support transformation efforts.
Works alongside the HRO Sales Operations Team to advance broader business unit strategies.
Partners with senior leadership to establish key performance metrics essential for the success of the sales organization. Aligns reporting, training, and incentive programs with these performance management goals.
Develops a comprehensive sales training program. Oversees the execution of product training for sales teams, management, and support staff.
Ensures adequate resources are allocated for effective management of sales programs. Collaborates with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources to set necessary policies and procedures.
Oversees sales support and proposal teams to guarantee effective assistance for the field sales organization.
Directs and endorses the consistent application of company initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
A minimum of seven years of experience in sales or sales management within a B2B environment.
At least seven years in a sales operations, business planning, or sales management capacity.
Strong expertise in sales processes.
Proven ability to execute strategies effectively.
Demonstrated skills in communication and conflict resolution.
This role requires significant travel.
Advanced degree preferred.
Proven leadership and communication capabilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capacity to adapt and perform under changing conditions.
In-depth knowledge of ADP products, services, and programs.
Strong relationship-building abilities.
Change agent with the capacity to inspire associates around processes and programs.
The targeted base salary range for this role is provided in the compensation section below. Actual salary may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Additionally, this position may include extra compensation in the form of bonuses, equity, or commissions.
