Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Upholding company customer service standards.
- Implementing cash control policies and procedures.
- Complying with all laws and regulations related to the sale of regulated products and services.
- Following health department safety guidelines for food preparation.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the store interior and exterior.
- Managing product stock and rotation in coolers and freezers.
