Key Responsibilities:- Provide drivers with necessary support during evening and weekend hours to ensure safe and on-time delivery.
- Respond to drivers' needs and questions regarding schedules, loads, and paperwork.
- Dispatch drivers on pre-planned loads and complete corresponding data entry and/or paperwork.
- Resolve load targets and work with stakeholders to address customers' special needs/requests.
- Monitor assigned loads and document issues and/or resolutions and/or escalations.
- Hand off information to the next shift and promote driver safety at all times.
- Previous experience in call center and/or transportation operations preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and be self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
