Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Systems Training Team within the Transformation & Development department.

In this key role, you will have the exciting opportunity to design, develop, and deliver impactful end-user training on leading enterprise systems such as SAP S4 Hana, SAP ECC, Smartsheet, and Microsoft technologies.

As part of a fast-paced, high-impact environment, you will collaborate with systems teams and business process owners to create training solutions that ensure a smooth transition during system implementations.

Whether designing online courses, conducting in-person training, or leading virtual sessions, you will play a crucial role in empowering our teams to fully utilize our cutting-edge technologies.

In addition to creating comprehensive instructional materials and managing training logistics, you will drive change management efforts, ensuring users have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver end-user training on SAP S4 Hana, SAP ECC, and other enterprise systems.

  • Drive change management efforts, ensuring users have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
  • Develop comprehensive instructional materials and manage training logistics.
  • Lead virtual sessions and conduct in-person training.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP training and adult learning methodologies.
  • Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of tools like Enable Now, Rise, and Camtasia.
