Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team at Melink Corporation. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the company's expense reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations, as well as proficiency in accounting software (SAP a plus) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. You will be responsible for reconciling vendor statements, verifying expense reports, and supporting employees with questions and issues they have with expense reporting.
In addition, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, addressing vendor inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner, and reviewing and processing a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
You will also be responsible for preparing and processing weekly check runs, electronic payments, and wire transfers, managing payment schedules to take advantage of early payment discounts and optimize cash flow, and ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.
The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall financial health of the organization and will have opportunities for upward mobility within the finance team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or relevant experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP a plus) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
