Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the selection of subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and handling customer supplements or change orders. The Construction Supervisor will ensure the successful completion of projects and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Secure and estimate construction projects
  • Assign the proper subcontractor to the job
  • Build proper budgets for subcontractors to meet the overall job profit margin
  • Oversee and manage construction projects
  • Assist as needed in collections
  • Write up repair estimate in Xactimate
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service/Communication skills
  • A proven background in residential construction
  • Proven ability to oversee and manage 10 to 20 projects at one time
  • Xactimate estimation skills preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft products
  • Insurance knowledge helpful, but not required

Compensation: $65,000.00 per year
