About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event & Meeting Coordinator to join our team at Sentry. As an Event & Meeting Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination of company meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Manage event registrations, including creating and sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, and preparing event materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Develop and maintain event budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring timely payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with event marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials and social media content.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including event attendance, expenses, and feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience in event management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
