Position Overview: Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize marketing (including digital) campaigns within the marketing department.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to coordinate content production.
  • Organize and execute marketing content calendars.
  • Social media/Digital Marketing: post content and write copy in coordination with the Media/Communications Manager.
  • Conduct market research to gather relevant data.
  • Analyze sales data, customer purchasing behaviors, and market trends.
  • Maintain efficient systems for processes within the marketing department.
  • Develop positive relationships and brand awareness within the community.
  • Invoice filing and other administrative duties for the marketing department.
  • Assist in planning and executing events.
  • Other duties that would add value to the organization.


Requirements and Qualifications:

The CCFC Marketing Coordinator should be extremely organized and efficient, have leadership skills and an eagerness to develop and learn.They should be able to speak positively and professionally to a range of people in different scenarios.A Marketing Coordinator should be collaborative, work well individually and on a team and be a great manager of time.Proficient in Excel, Word, Social Media Platforms, with the ability to learn CRM's quickly and be able to work SEO.
