Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at SentryWorld. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front-of-house, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control all front-of-house operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service standards.
  • Partner with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef to develop food and beverage products, operational strategies, and associate development programs.
  • Monitor product quality and guest experience to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Manage Point of Sale systems, including training employees, reprogramming, and generating reports.
  • Conduct daily meetings with staff to communicate operational service needs and ensure a smooth service flow.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful event preparation, including planning, setup, and execution.
  • Ensure associates and facilities comply with sanitation and safety standards.
  • Create an inviting atmosphere that reflects our dining concepts, including decor, service, cleanliness, orderliness, and customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering of supplies and ingredients.
  • Support recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff.
  • Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staff coverage.
  • Coordinate special events and promotions to attract and retain new customers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5 years of related work experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Experience in the service aspect of a restaurant operation, and knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a service environment and respond effectively to customers.
  • Ability to have a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
