  • Experience in talent acquisition within both cleared and non-cleared environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership to drive recruitment strategies focused on market development and diversity.
  • Strong background in recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding processes.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing talent acquisition teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of recruitment metrics and their impact on performance and decision-making.
