Senior Manager of Business Development

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Business Development to join our team at Northrop Grumman Defense Systems. As a key member of our Mission Solutions and Strategy team, you will be responsible for driving the Business Unit's long-term growth in the domestic market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, assess, and cultivate new and existing opportunities for C4MD's integrated air and missile defense command and control portfolio.
- Work closely with a broader support team of subject matter experts from the C4MD organization, a worldwide network of sales representatives and consultants, and Northrop Grumman sector and corporate business development resources to identify opportunities, devise win strategies, and influence program offices and customers.
- Manage business development activities at Wright-Patterson AFB, to generate leads, create / shape and prioritize new business opportunities to achieve the growth goals of the operating unit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience related to Department of Defense (DoD) business, programs, or operational experience.
- Business development, strategy, capture, or program management experience.
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition, requirements, and budget policies and processes.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
