We are seeking a seasoned technical sales professional to drive our company's product and market expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, leading sales engineers, and maximizing customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy and Execution: Define annual sales growth plans, KPIs, and metrics for sales engineers to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Team Leadership and Development: Enhance commercial processes, streamline sales cycles, and foster collaboration with internal and external teams to drive customer success.
- Customer Experience Maximization: Develop new opportunities, strengthen key customer relationships, and coach internal and external teams on customer specifications, presentations, and value-based negotiations.
- Competitive Insights and Market Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and action competitive product and market insights to drive product development and increase market shares.
- Business Development and Sales Enablement: Identify and optimize business development and sales enablement tools, technology, and resources to support sales teams.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Industrial or commercial industry experience, preferably in air compressors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or a related field.
- Travel: Up to 50% travel to customer, partner locations, and trade shows.
