Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sleep Coordinator to join our team at HME Specialists LLC. As a Sleep Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless sleep therapy orders, qualifications, and insurance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process sleep therapy orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with multiple sleep centers to identify and resolve processing delays.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to provide order status updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize Brightree software to review accounts and address inquiries from patients and caregivers.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sleep and respiratory processes.
  • Ability to work well with others and be open to new ideas for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Excel software.
