Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the work of clinical professionals and support staff
  • Develop, implement, and modify treatment protocols and clinical procedures
  • Provide direct patient consultation and care
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and regulations
  • Develop and implement systems for maintaining records and compliance activities
  • Represent the organization at community and business meetings
  • Collaborate with University, State, and local agencies to enhance services and build capacity
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a related field
  • 5 years of directly related experience
  • LPCC/CMHC or LCSW or LMFT licensure in New Mexico
Working Conditions

This is a sedentary position with occasional walking or standing. The work environment is office-based with minimal hazards and physical risk.
