The successful candidate will provide professional leadership, develop and implement treatment protocols, and ensure compliance with University, State, and federal laws, policies, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the work of clinical professionals and support staff
- Develop, implement, and modify treatment protocols and clinical procedures
- Provide direct patient consultation and care
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and regulations
- Develop and implement systems for maintaining records and compliance activities
- Represent the organization at community and business meetings
- Collaborate with University, State, and local agencies to enhance services and build capacity
- Master's Degree in a related field
- 5 years of directly related experience
- LPCC/CMHC or LCSW or LMFT licensure in New Mexico
This is a sedentary position with occasional walking or standing. The work environment is office-based with minimal hazards and physical risk.
