Job Title: HR Coordinator

Job Summary:

The East-West Center is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general phone inquiries and distribute incoming mail
* Coordinate new hire onboarding and maintain HR database
* Create and maintain physical and electronic employee files
* Establish and maintain a filing system for administrative records
* Draft necessary correspondence and reports
* Review time sheets and calculate employee overtime payments

Requirements:

* High school diploma and at least two years of relevant work experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to organize and prioritize work, and work independently and cooperatively
* Knowledge of office practices and recordkeeping procedures
